By his descriptions in the novels and manga spin-offs, Kanon is an unusually attractive man with androgynous features who could easily pass for a beautiful woman if he were so inclined. Rose-gold hair and blue eyes. Seems to prefer formal or military attire, and has a penchant for maroon suits.

At various times, Kanon has been an earl to the Holy Britannian Empire, the aide-de-camp to the second prince of Britannia, and undersecretary to the chief of staff of the United Federation of Nations. I don't understand how he survived this series either. He is apparently also the heir to a cosmetics company, which perhaps explains his interest in women's fashion and makeup. Was evidently a troublemaking delinquent in high school, but I mean, that's by Britannian boarding school standards, so who knows what that actually means?

preferred threads.
Unbelievably enough, I really do enjoy Code Geass's brand of bullshit politics, so that... is primarily what I'm after. Bullshit catty gay politics. Petty noble gossip or rich people problems are also fun to write! I prefer gen threads, and I'm open to all castmates as well as crosscanon, though I realize a conversation with Kanon is hard to justify with some of the characters he never so much as shares a room with. But we can work something else, I promise.

I do enjoy ships and smut, but for Kanon I'll probably only ship with Schneizel, unless some Geass nonsense is involved. That being said, threads that are sexual in nature are nevertheless welcome! Also, as a disclaimer, while I do play Kanon's loyalty to Schneizel as being romantic in nature, I'm not interested in pinning anyone into a ship, and if you write Schneizel, you're perfectly free to play the relationship as one that is unreciprocated; I can take your lead on it.

► VISUAL: Kanon is an unusually attractive man with fairly androgynous facial features — that being said, he is still human and does not approach supernatural levels of beauty. He wears makeup on a daily basis, but it is quite subtle and you would be hard-pressed to see it unless you were very familiar with cosmetics (it takes a girl several long moments of staring at him before she uncertainly asks him if he's wearing foundation) or you saw him applying it. His overall presentation and manner of dress is usually masculine, though he evidently does enjoy crossdressing in his private life. Rose-pink or rose-gold hair. Periwinkle blue eyes. Almost always neatly dressed: he favors brightly colored sports jackets and blazers when not in his military uniform.

► AURAL: Though Kanon is a man with a deeper voice, his diction, overall breathiness, and choice of words makes him sound distinctly feminine. Generally employs a tone of voice that is somewhere between "gay," "haughty," or both depending on how you take it. Pitching himself upward is a conscious choice; when sufficiently flustered or upset, his voice drops into a deeper register if it suits him to sound more angry or imposing.

► OLFACTORY: His natural scent already leans toward being fairly sweet, with perhaps a hint of sourness in sweat-prone areas if it's extremely hot. Kanon rarely goes anywhere without wearing some sort of fragrance, however, and he generally favors androgynous fougère fragrances that are floral, woodsy, sweet, or green. Does not wear sharp, spicy, or fruity perfumes. Does not wear perfume to excess; assuming a normal, human sense of smell, you might not even know he's wearing any fragrance until he leans close.

► TACTILE: His skin is soft and usually well-moisturized; you won't find him with dry hands unless he's done something to earn them. His body temperature, however, runs cool, and he has poor circulation. Usually has freezing hands and feet in cold weather. Hair is fluffy and soft.

► PERSONAL: Holds himself well and with excellent posture. Speaks with dignity and grace. Kanon is prone to somewhat sassy body language, however, such as unconsciously folding his arms or cocking one elbow on his hip. Sometimes makes gay hand gestures, but also, this is Code Geass so gay hand gestures might just be part of Britannian culture.
